By registering an account, accessing or using any Gopeaks services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Gopeaks provides an online sports coaching platform with the following services:

• •Direct connection and interaction with coaches
• •Training data synchronization from sports devices and applications
• •Performance analysis and training progress tracking
• •WKO analysis tools and in-depth metrics

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

All content, features, and functionality of the Gopeaks platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of Gopeaks or our content providers and are protected by international copyright laws. Training data and content you upload remain your property, but you grant us the right to use them to provide services.

7. Disclaimer

Gopeaks services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Training programs and advice from coaches are based on information you provide. You should consult a doctor before starting any training program. Gopeaks is not responsible for any injuries or health issues arising from participation in sports activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gopeaks and our partners, employees, and coaches shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from the use of or inability to use our services.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in any activity we deem harmful to the platform or other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or notification on the platform. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
