With experience leading the national team to historic medals and prestigious international coaching certifications, she carries the mission to create athletes who are not only faster in performance, but stronger in mindset and more resilient on their personal journeys.
My philosophy is simple: to build a tall house, you need a solid foundation. Success in endurance sports doesn't come from burning phases, but from persistently building a massive aerobic base, so you can go farther, longer, and stronger at the end of the race.
Each body is a unique machine. I apply different techniques for each individual, based on observation and logical analysis to find the most suitable method. I prioritize improving weaknesses to create a well-rounded athlete, rather than just focusing on developing strengths.
Let yourself love sports bit by bit, in a sustainable way. Especially for adults, training needs to be balanced for a sustainable journey, to enjoy it rather than deplete energy. The joy in the training process is the most valuable fuel.
